Hi, I am Parikshit Vyas, my journey over the last 25 years has taught me one lasting truth — sustainable growth begins where strategy, governance, and innovation converge.
I started my career as an architect and founded PVDC in 2001 with a mission to redefine sustainable design. Through dedication and teamwork, we earned the trust of clients like the Royal Family of Gondal and Saurashtra Cement Ltd (Mehta Group).
After personal losses, life led me into new ventures — continuing my mother’s kindergarten and later co-founding P.M. Logistics Holdings, where I worked with industry giants such as Ultratech Cement Ltd, Shree Digvijay Cement Ltd, and GSCSCL. These experiences deepened my understanding of operations, risk, and governance at scale.
In 2023, as Director – Design & Operations at Hackett, I expanded my perspective globally, leading innovation in manufacturing and optimizing systems for growth. Each step shaped my belief that true success lies in building resilient, responsible, and future-ready organizations.
